I became a pediatrician because I love working with children and their families. I love watching children grow, supporting them and their caregivers through every stage, and helping them reach their full potential. What I did not expect was the reality of most pediatric care nowadays - watching that relationship get squeezed into short appointments, buried under screens and paperwork, and rushed by waiting rooms full of anxious parents and sick kids.

I trained at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and completed my residency at Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital. I have spent years caring for children across New York City as a faculty member at a large academic institution and teaching the next generation of physicians. And through all of it, one thing became clear: the families I served deserved more time and more access.

Maple Pediatrics is my answer to that.

After years of caring for families and raising my own children, I know what parents actually need: a doctor who knows their child and is accessible. That is what Maple Pediatrics is built around.
